We have all of our TS reservations; a couple for breakfast, several dinners and one lunch.

In an effort to maximize our QS meals and Snacks - where should we go for a good lunch or dinner using our QS meal and where should we go to maximize our snacks??? :shrug:

Note: We will be going to all parks

Some of our family’s favorite counter service establishments are:
Magic Kingdom;
Cosmic Rays
Pecos Bill’s
Columbia House
Animal Kingdom;
Safari kiosks there are several, Egg Rolls, Nuggets, Turkey legs etc
DHS;
ABC Commissary (many people don’t like it but we have eaten there and enjoyed it)
Back lot Express
EPCOT;
Sunshine Seasons (in the Land Pavilion)
Fife & Drum tavern (USA)
Yorkshire Fish & Chip Shop (UK)
Sommerfest (Germany)
Tangierine Café (Morocco)
Also in Epcot, DW and I have sometimes found solace at the following;
Margarita Stand (Mexico)
Les Vins des Chefs de France (France) this is where you can fine the Grand Mariner orange slush Samantha Brown talked about in one of her Travel Channel specials. They also have a Grey Goose citron lemonade slush that DW found very refreshing after riding the intense version of Mission Space.

Enjoy!

Great selections...

Consider keeping some for snacks on trip home....visit the hotel's quick service dining areas such as the Roaring Forks at the Wilderness Lodge. Many of the snacks wrap up easilly if not already wrapped.

Our best maximized QS meals (we are 2 adults and 1 6yr old):
AK - Flame Tree BBQ smoked 1/2 chicken w/corn muffin and beans could serve 2 and at Pizzafari a pizza with a salad could also serve an adult and a kid

Epcot - we go to Electric Umbrella and get a burger and adult chicken nuggets and can pretty happily serve all three of us and the Rotisserie Half Chicken at Sunshine Seasons is one of the best QS values on property

DHS - Fairfax Fair has a few platters that are good value for QS, check the menus online (although be careful, I seem to recall the more expensive ones might not be available for a QS credit)

MK - Main Street Bakery! Especially for breakfast, but any time you can get one of their pastries for a dessert you are ahead of the game. OR you can use a snack on those same patries and have a meal out of it. We also go to Cosmic Ray's and have a meal similar to Electric Umbrella and Sunshine Seasons.

Not sure if you have kids, but remember that if an adult is ordering, you do not have to use and QS credits on kids meals. That is a GREAT value when you look at how much the kids DDP costs per day and you can get an adult QS meal with it. Since most people assume that kids want their kids meals and that the kids QS credits are only for those meals, they don't get their best value.

Enjoy your visit! And good eating!
