Matching tickets in MDE

After I linked my tickets there is a button to match my tickets. What is this for?

After I linked my tickets there is a button to match my tickets. What is this for?

Did you assign them to specific peoples' profiles? I think there's also a mechanism to re-assign a ticket to someone else as long as the ticket hasn't been used yet.
