Disney has announced a massive corporate restructuring to focus on streaming, the first restructuring in two years.
All distribution units, streaming platforms and television networks will be centralized under the newly-created Media and Entertainment Distribution. The division will be headed by Kareem Daniel. Peter Rice will continue to manage the networks, while James Pitaro will still manage ESPN. Campbell will still run the DTC and international operations but will report to Daniel in regards to streaming platforms.
All production units are centralized under Studios, General Entertainment, and Sports.
Parks, Experiences and Products will remain as is.
