I can't wait to see the trailer. The rumor is, it should hit within the week.
I would say Wednesday iron man comes out in a couple days in the uk. They will most likely get a website up with something to get the trailer online like what they do with most movies like man of steel.

GOTG, I really don't know what to think.
This is one Marvel storyline I have absolutely no knowledge of.
But, anything that has Zoe Saldana in it is alright with me.
Very good comic but not sure how it will be. It has a talking tree and a raccoon in it so way different from what we r use to from marvel. I think it can end up like green lantern r the comic book version of Star Wars. Not sure how it will turn out on screen. Green lantern is one of my favorite characters but the movie was horrible.

I don't get why Marvel despite all that in-house talent, they end up with these pretty boring (and some time plainly bad) posters. They could easily make Drew Struzan quality stuff, but they always go for the crappy photoshop way:

while i think they did it quite right with this limited edition IMAX release poster:

Even though it's a 20th Century Fox movie, it should be mentioned how freakin' awesome X-Men Days of Future Past is going to be.
Having the cast from the original trilogy along with the cast from First Class should be very cool.
Especially cool to see Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellan reprise their roles.

I agree with you about the regular Iron Man poster, but disagree about the Thor poster. I like that one.

Nothing to worry about really. The theatre chains aren't going to NOT show Iron Man 3.

I agree, but nonetheless I'm sure this issue has put a little damper into their advanced ticket sales from advanced screenings. Time is running short though as it comes out in 11 days. That should leave enough time to hammer out a deal though. Did they even have their red carpet premiere yet? I'll say IM3 brings in $143.9 million domestically and $207.5 million internationally rounding out to $351.4 mil in first weekend b.o. revenue. Rotten tomatoes has so shown 4 critics giving a fresh rating of the film and other sites like The Guardian are rating this movie very highly (4/5 stars) and the people/audience want to see it.

Unfortunately Marvel's own marketing department was shut down by The Walt Disney Company and marketing of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is handled by Walt Disney Pictures.
