Kudos to Marshall, my family and I had a sticky complicated problem regarding FP+ and guests w different types of tickets

He contacted IT, solved the issue with great compassion and efficiency...and threw in FP for Mine Train, knowing it was our last day to visit MK....its what we have always loved about WDW

A few years ago I was waiting for an ice cream in tomorrowland. The wait was long, it was a shift change. Someone stepped in and gave me a free sundae and a big smile! It's little things like this you remember. :)
