Mars Lander On Spaceship Earth

Has Anyone noticed that at the end of spaceship earth just after your car turns backwards and you start to move back to ground level there is a floating screen with TV newscasters on it talking about current events, There seems to be updated scenes of the latest mars landing......is this new, do they update that on a regular basis?......because I ride that ride alot and have never noticed that before.

They do update it on a regular basis. Before they showed the Mars rover, the footage was of when China sent a man into space.

Holy crap. I never knew they updated it. Last tim I checked I thought it was about the Berlin wall.... I have to keep better track of this stuff.

But then again, I stop paying attention when the ride reaches the part with the Automatic Translating Videophones....

That parts should be replaced by the Internet.
