Mardi Gras Question

Going to Universal during Mardi Gras for the first time this year (yay) and have no idea what to expect. In the FAQ on Universal's website it states that rides and attractions will close at parade start. Is this solely for USF or does it also apply to IOA? And does this mean that rides will run directly up the start time, or do they typically stop before (our parade is at 7:45pm for example - will they start shutting down before that or is it right up until that time?)

It's somewhat confusing as park hours are listed as being until 10pm the date we are going, and I'm trying to account for all this in our touring plans so we don't accidentally miss any attractions we were hoping to hit up. Basically...what am I in for in terms of crowds or atypical park operation?

If park is open until 10, rides will stay open. On days the parade closes the park, will generally let you get in line right until parade steps off.

The event is limited to Studios, has no effect on IoA.
