March Weather

I need help. We are leaving Thursday and I don't know what to pack, shorts or pants? Thanks for any help.

I would say both. It can be hot during the day (unless it's raining) and it gets cool at night. Be sure to carry a jacket with you for night time. Just take both and check out the weather report each day. I hope you have a great time!!! I will be going in 24 days!!!!!

I would think both......try www.intellicast.com. You can get a 10 day forcast for orlando. I think it also gives historical info as well.

If I were going now, I would take a couple of pairs of the cargo pants that have the zip off legs. That way if you get a freek 80 or 90 degree day, you can do the short thing, even if it was cool in the morning.

Last year I went for spring break around this time and there was really bad wind that made it frickin freezing. Take pants and shorts and lots and LOTS of layers.

Thanks for the suggestions. I guess we'll be taking larger suitcases this time, but with two kids it's better to be safe than sorry. I'm so excited. I think I'm going to start packing now. :sohappy:

I just got back last night. The weather was GORGEOUS! It was pretty cold a couple mornings (41 degrees!!), but the days warmed up into the upper 60s and low 70s. From what I heard on the weather report, it was supposed to get even warmer today and throughout the week so - light pants and shorts should be good. And as said above - definitely bring a light jacket. That kept me warm in the mornings and evenings and then during the day I felt fine without it.

I always bring everything - t-shirts, sweatshirts, long pants, shorts, and a jacket no matter which season I go. I like to be prepared LOL.
