March 2011 trip question

Hello all!
Got a question somebody hopefully can help me with. We have been coming down to the World in March, always the first week in March, for the past five years. The crowds are great and the weather is borderline "cool" at night. In other words.... Perfect. Due to schedule of school here, we have to come down on the third week of March this time around, (March 12). I have read everywhere this is the worst week to come due to spring break. The question I have is it that bad two more weeks later? The weather being possibley warmer is no big deal... Just the crowd level.

Any help would be great.. Kinda worried about it.

Thanks as always!!

The later in March it gets, the busier it gets. BUT, the caveat to that this year is that Easter is so late, so that may push the bulk of Spring Breakers back as well meaning that it MAY not be as busy. It's always a crap shoot any more. With free dining being offered for most of March I anticipate it will be busier than in past years.

We will also be arriving in WDW on March 12th! :sohappy:

But now for the bad news....so will TONS of other fellow Canadians. The third week in March is Canadian Spring Break for alot of us up here in Canada and the three previous times we have been down there during our Spring Break, the parks were pretty packed. Of course I have nothing to compare it to, as I have only been 3 times period, all during our Spring Break like I said. But friends who have seen my pictures and have been there during different times throughout the year always comment on how packed the parks look and how long the lines are for all the rides.

We always seem to manage though. Just use FastPass to your advantage. But you better grab them early in the morning as they seem to go quick that week. I know Soarin' was already out by 10am the one morning we went to Epcot, so we had to hit up Epcot earlier on another day in order to ride it. And take advantage of the EMH in the mornings and evenings. Although we usually do an opposite park from the one having the morning EMH and find it not as busy that day.

Try not to let the crowds get to you and just remember....you are in WDW!!!! There are worse places you could be that week! ;):ROFLOL:
