I know that people definitely did wear headphones and listen to an Ipod or something. My question is though; did you still get a certificate, medal, photos and what not?
I read online that since they do not allow headphones; they're trying to crack down on and they disqaulified people that wore headphones (via the in-race photos). I'm not going to be actually like competing, just running in it for my own personal reasons; but I couldn't imagine running close to 2 hours without listening to music. (half marathon; definitely not running a full in close to 2 hours)
So, anyone actually listen to music and have any problems or get any type of "disqualification" notice or anything?
Also, I apologize if this question does not belong here; I didn't really know where to put it. I tried searching for "Marathon headphones" or "marathon ipod" or any combination of that and got nothing. So; just looking for a quick and simple answer.
Thanks.
