Hi. Welcome to the boards. You'll have to be a lot more specific than that. What is it that is your area of expertise? Marketing management? Finance? Food and Beverage? Sales? Safety? HR? Labor (workforce management)? Revenue Management? Entertainment? Equity? Creative? Merchandise? Programming? IT/Technology? BASS?
The Walt Disney World Resort is a HUGE place. There are so many different areas of "management" that very greatly from each other.
Any entry level management position like that is typically filled from within by promotion of Cast Members in that line of work. Your best bet is to start with a full time job in attractions. As far as education, a 4-year degree in hospitality management or similar would help, but is not required. A focus on Guest Service, Cast Service and safety are key. Since roles like this are extremely entry level management, don't expect a crazy high salary. But i'm sure the work would be rewarding.
