So I found out today that I got through to a phone interview for the 3 management internships I applied for. I'm super nervous because I applied for them not expecting to get very far. I'm not the most qualified but I do have a lot of passion in two of the roles and a lot of experience in the other. I'm just wondering what should I expect during the phone interview. Is it much different than the CP interview?
