Man in Web?

You know the rumor about the Man in Web in the original Haunted Mansion? It's kinda like the Hatbox Ghost of WDW's Mansion. It was an animatronic or prop that was a corpse screaming in a cobweb. It was either in the Spider Web scene (now the upside down staircases scene) or at the loading area. It was removed really quickly due to obvious reasons. Lot's of people say it was just a concept, but there is one image that is clearly real and was clearly taken in the Mansion. This is it:

Does anyone know anymore information about it? P.S. this is ridiculous but I think it should be brought back with modern technology like the Hatbox Ghost XD
