Main Street Mega Store Problem

I placed an order with mainstreetmegastore.com recently and the item has yet to be shipped to me. Also I have sent them two e-mails with no reply. Has anyone else had any problems with them.

I have never had a problem with them in the past, and they are an advertiser here on WDWMAGIC. They are normally very good with customer service. Which email address are you sending to? I hope your item arrives soon :)

I used the e-mail from the contact button on their website. I would hope they would respond, but as of yet I have not heard a thing.
