mailing packages from home to a resort

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but I would like to mail items from home to a resort we will be visiting in September. Is this allowed and how would I address the package. We would like to limit our luggage to carry on only, and the items mailed would mostly be used at the resort and not mailed back.

I know you can mail things to the resort, but not sure of an address. Maybe call the hotel or Disney reservation number and ask which address to send it to and how to address the package.

You can have packages shipped to and from the resort you are staying at. However, keep in mind they will charge you for having items shipped to the resort. I'm not sure of what the current fees are.

FYI.....

The Grand Floridian - and other WDW Resorts - now use a shipping service for packages guests ship to themselves from home to the resort, or for items guests want to ship from the resort to home.

The service is operated by IKON Office Solutions and are located in the convention centers of the Board Walk, Contemporary, Coronado Springs, Yacht Club, and Grand Floridian Resort.

There are now "Parcel Handling Fees" for Guest Parcel Services. The fees are as follows:
*envelope $3.00
*Small box up to 4lbs $3.00
*Medium box 5Lbs to 20lbs $5.00
*Large box 21lbs. to 70lbs $10.00
*Golf club $10.00
*Display cases $15.00
*Pallets $70.00 per 100lbs

Last March, we stayed at POFQ, and didn't pay any additional fees for the water we had shippd. But they did have a devil of a time tracking it down. Still was worth it. Another family staying at CSR same time in March, did the same thing, and they tried to charge them an extra $10, after they were told they wouldn't pay an extra handling charge. Luckily, she had written down the name of the person she spoke with. They said forget it we won't pick it up. The CM, then said fine, no charge...this time. So, I think what it comes down to is this, call the desk of the resort you are staying at, get the name of the CM you talk to. They will tell you exactly how to address it. Bring the tracking numbers with you-- that's how they finally found our package. And if you are staying at a resort with convention space, be prepared to pay extra.
