I was just watching the news today.... and apparently they just busted a mail theft ring in Central Florida (Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties).... well....
I was wondering why my 3 check cards haven't arrived yet (Vista FCU Check Card... ordered it almost 2 months ago, never arrived... I ended up closing the account, 2 Washington Mutual Check Cards, still haven't arrived.. grrr).
At this point, I just gave a statement over the phone to the US postal inspector, and they informed me that they actually had to bring staff in from Tampa to Orlando to deal with the EXTREME amount of mail seized in this. At this point, I just hope none of my mail was stolen and that my cards were just a HUGE fluke.
