MagicMobile without a physical ticket

Not sure if this is right place to post this but looking for help with an issue. Granddad purchased a 6 day ticket from a 3rd party reseller (military MWR) for my daughter who is working in Orlando for the summer. We connected the ticket to her My Disney Experience account and made park reservations for this coming weekend. We shipped the actual ticket to her via Priority Mail but the package is missing in action. Can she enter the park on the first day of her reservation using just the MagicMobile system or does she have to have the actual ticket as well? The information I have found is not very clear so I'm hoping someone can tell me they have tried this and it did or did not work.

Saw lots of people using their phones to get into the parks last week. She should be fine. But she could also use an old magic band of hers if she has one.

She should also be able to stop by Guest Services and they can issue another card linked to her account to use.
