Absolutely. It's not like they're going to be rolled out all at once and everyone will be surprised the day it happens.

No. In fact, there is NO current predicted date. Fully rolled out by october? No way.
If/when they begin to roll out you will not only read it here, it will be on your National nightly news on TV its that big of a story. It might not even roll out this year.
