This is my first Trip Report! I'm not exactly sure what I'm supposed to say, so I'll just tell you some of the highlights and my opinions.
I was there from July 4 - July 10. I stayed at Saratoga Springs, which I liked a lot. It was a very nice resort. I also saw the MK's 4th of July fireworks. All I can say is WOW!
I played tour guide to my aunt ( 1 time visitor) and my cousins, who had never been before. They had a great time and want to go back to WDW ASAP.
MGM:
-I rode RnRC for the first time. It's a really fun ride and it's not too rough.
-I saw the Stunt Show construction and I can't wait until it opens.
Epcot:
-I rode M:S for the first time. It was intense and fun. I didn't feel spinning on it, and I felt fine coming off.
-I like how the Living Seas is now. Nemo is a great addition. I hope the SeaCabs come back!
Magic Kingdom:
-I saw Mickey's Philharmagic for the first time. This show is my favorite 3-D show now. I have to say though, that it us overrated. Don't get me wrong. It's a great show. It just doesn't live up to all the hoop-lah surrounding it.
-I also saw Wishes for the first time. It's the best firework show at the Magic Kingdom. The soundtrack is good too, but I didn't buy the CD.
Animal Kingdom:
-Expedition Everest is going to be amazing.
-This was my first time to see FotLK. It's a great show. Go see it while at AK.
A few other tidbits:
I did E-Ride Night on July 7. I met MadameCheshire and 1starIC2nite from the boards, and we rode all the rides together. That was great to meet 2 people who love Disney as much as me.
Carousel Of Progress was having trouble when I went on it. Our theater rotated in the middle of the first 2 scenes, causing a lot of confusion. I hope they fix that soon.
Overall, I had a great trip. Thanks for all of your help in my planning for it.
