I read on dizpins website that Disney will be introducing new Magic Moments pins once the 100 years celebration is completed (Feb 28th)
Here is the details on the new pin (sounds cool):
Set to debut in the parks within a month or so are a new version of the Magical Moments pins that light up during shows and parades all over WDW.
From the instruction manual:
"The new Disney's Magical Moments Pins feature two ways to join in the Magic. By moving the switch on the back of the Pin to 'Park' mode, you can experience the many Magical Moments in the Walt Disney World® Resort theme parks. The Pin will magically display special light sequences during many shows, attractions, and parades. "Once you leave the theme parks, the fun continues when you move the switch into 'Game' mode. Now you can choose to play one of 4 new games by yourself or with your friends."
The pins have four colored buttons on the bottom which serve as game selectors and to play the games. One of the games is basically another version of laser tag in which you use the "send" button on the back of the pin to take others' pins light up one color at a time. When they get three hits, they're out. Another game is a take on memory, in which you have to press the buttons on the bottom in the sequence that the pin displays them.
