Hi Everyone! I found this great tool for your next trip to WDW especially if you are traveling with others. Click on the link below and you will download the Magical Gatherings Planner.

You can put all your trip information there including air / hotel / rental car or Mears. Also you can list all the things you want to do during your vacation. It's great if you are traveling with others. That way you can get a feel of what everyone wants to do.

It is a very good and fun tool. I have used it on two occasions already. It was a great tool to use to communicate with our party to plan. We used the polls a lot. Definately worth to download.

I downloaded it when I saw the link you put in the other thread. Although my vacation isn't a magical gathering, I have been plugging my itinerary into the program, just so I can have tinkerbell at the top when I print it out. :lol:

It's definitely a cool program for reunions and stuff!
