Does any have a number to call to talk direclty to someone at magical exspress. I have given disney my airline information 3 times now and my trip is 3 weeks away and I still have no magical exspress package.

Thanks guys.. I happen to call disney reservations today cause we still had not recieved our ME package and they were like we dont have you in the system for this. I exsplained to them i had called serveal times in the last few months to confirm and everytime they had my flight information and today they dont have it and my trip is less then 3 weeks away.

I called the number you gave me and they said they will send it out in the next few days..

It has happened to me too. I also ended up not getting any docs before my trip and it was fine. They ended up getting my bags anyway since my name and address were on the luggage tag.

I think this is another case of Disney's computer systems having issues when talking to each other.

I believe that most people have their Magical Express (DME) entered when they call the reservations center when they make or update their package or resort reservation. Then at some point, the data is transferred to the DME computers for their use. I believe this is a one way transfer - because I am fairly certain that if you call DME directly and enter your info it WON'T ever be passed back to the reservations center.
