Can it pick you up and drop you off at the Car Care Center?
No, but I believe the car care center has shuttles that can come and pick you up from your Disney resort if you are renting a car there.

If you are thinking about renting a car you can also get one at Swan/Dolphin. We like this location because you can drop off the car after the office has closed so we don't need to keep if for an extra day and pay more money.
I went with Dollar at MCO. Reviews are mediocre but its coming off my credit card rewards and it is cheap 188 bucks for a week trip

I am not a DME expert, we are using it next month for the first time. But I do believe you have to sing up in some way with them. We did when we booked our trip, we have paper vouchers they sent us to use on DME. Call Disney I would say.

If you didn't select the service when you booked your vacation, you can just call Disney to update your existing reservation. They will ask for your flight information, but if you don't have it yet, you'll just have to call again (probably as soon as you know it) because you will receive DME information with a packet containing an overview of your reservation.
Also, it is possible to use DME for one way only, whether it be from MCO to DIsney, or Disney to MCO. You just have to specify.
