Magical Express Ticket Question

Im booked for a reservation of 3 people in February and called to add a 4th who doesnt need a park ticket and dining and was told i couldnt and just to ask Magical express when we get there for another ticket and tell them she is staying with us in the room.

Has anyone does this? Are they ok with that and wont give you any problems if someone traveling with us doesnt have a ticket?

DME will not transport anyone who has not pre-arranged their transportation. It is part of the contract with the airport that was put in place to protect the other transportation companies. If you provide the reservation confirmation number they will add the additional person.

What the CM likely meant is that you can't add a person to your resort reservation without the same package as everyone else on the reservation. You should be able to add her when you arrive as someone who will be sharing the room so long as you're not exceeding the capacity of the room. There will be a charge per night for any extra adult over two.
