I just came back a week ago from Disney, and all I can say is, if you want to save yourself a TON of headaches, just use Mears. First, we never received our tags. So I called and we were told to just take our own bags to the Magic Express counter. So we picked our own bags from Delta Song's carousel in terminal B, then proceeded to spend the next 45 minutes walking up and down terminal B trying to find the desk for the Magic Express. We asked twice where to go to two different MCO employees and each time were told a different way to go. Finally, we went up to the main lobby area and finally found two people with Mickey hands. Mind you, there were no signs or people with Mickey hands ANYWHERE in terminal B, yet we had been told that they would be easy to spot once we picked our bags. So after finding the Mickey hands people, we had to trek across to the other side of the airport to terminal A where we finally found the Magic Express desk. Another 45 minutes spent in line to find out we had never been placed in the same, despite having booked our entire trip right through Disneyworld.com. We finally got to the counter when they then offered to go pick our bags up (which I will never trust this company to do having had this experience).
As for buses, there were a ton of Magic Express busses running, but we were stuck on a Disney cruiseline bus. No video on the way to the hotel. We did the express check in at the hotel, which went fine with everything on the return trip. Again, if you want to save yourself a LOT of hassle and just use Mears, especially during the peak times. This was the worst service I've ever encountered and it totally put me and the rest of the people in my party in a very unmagical mood.
