Magical Express question

Hey every one, I have a question I am hoping some one can help me with. I am traveling In September and the trip is booked Sept 17-Oct 2. Due to my MIL having surgery we are leaving for Disney on the 20th instead. Will I still be able to Use Magical express since I am checking in the 17th still ( I am keeping these ressies because my parents are also going and will be in the room on the 17th) Does any one know?

So to understand what your asking. You have a resort reservation from Sept 17 - Oct 2nd. Due to medical reasons you won't be there until the 20th. Your parents, who will be joining you, will be arriving on the 17th. To my understanding you should be able to utilize the Magical Express service on your arrival. This still might be a question for Disney to answer themselves although they are accommodating due to medical reasons.

Yes, you can still use Magical Express. But, I would *not* try and talk to Central Reservations about scheduling it.

I always suggest calling Magical Express directly for out-of-the-ordinary instances like this. (Central Reservations often gets it wrong or tells you it can't be done) Call DME direct at 866-599-0951.
