Magical Express - Luggage

What happens if you don't end up taking the Magical Express Bus to your resort?
Does the appropriately tagged luggage still make it to it's said destination?

You have to take the bus in order for your DME luggage to be cleared to leave the luggage sorting area at the airport. They do not offer luggage-only transfers.
At least one adult from your party has to take the DME bus (their ticket is scanned when you board the bus) in order to clear all of your party's luggage.

If you decide not to take the bus, don't put the tags on your luggage. It will mean you have to wait longer to get it.
