Magical Express for flights to Canada

Can anyone confirm if the Magical Express is still requiring guests flying to Canada to depart 4 hours early instead of the usual 3 for domestic flights? For all intents and purposes, our flights home are no different than domestic flights (we clear customs in Canada, after all) but they always schedule us to leave 4 hours before our scheduled departure because they consider it an "international" flight (which it is, of course, but check in and security are the same for us as with domestic flights). If it's still 4 hours, I'm going to list our flight as one leaving an hour later if it means we'll then get the usual 3 hour pick up time instead. But I don't want to cut it too close if they have changed the policy. Thanks!

It's still 4 hours for international flights. (For a brief time, it was 4 hours for domestic flights, too, but that's back to 3 hours as of January 11, 2018).
