"Magical Experience" services?

Has anyone done one of the Magical Experiences offered at the resorts? I do not have any experience of this, but it looks like you can have gifts or decorations ready in your room when you arrive. I'd like to look into this, but you have to call a customer service representative. I'd much rather browse a catalog.

Can you tell me what it was like, and what the prices were like? In our case, it's a 4 year old boy's birthday (so princess pacakges are out )

Gift baskets, flowers & lots of other things can be delivered by disneyflorist.com and you can browse all the things on their website. I've used them twice, and was very happy. From my experience, they deliver shortly after you check in because rooms change all the time. So they won't have it ready for you on arrival, but will bring it when you check in. At least, this is how it was for me.
