Good evening everyone!!! Amazingly I just stumbled onto this site. Since we began planning our next Disney trip for September 2017 I've been doing a lot of thinking. I am retired Navy and will be using my benefits for the first time on a Disney trip (fingers crossed) if Disney renews their military discount for 2017. Over the weekend I had to fire my travel agent and request another. It suddenly dawned on me. You see, when Disney opened a chain of Disney Stores back in the 1990's I got. Part time job there out of love for Everything Disney. Part of your training is learning that you are not an employee, your a Cast Member. As such, know matter what's going on in your life, when you put on that Disney vest and step out onto the floor, your in character. Now over twenty years later I still use that philosophy today. So when my agent, who in essence, represents Disney, wasn't acting up to Disney standards, I had to find someone who did. I wonder if I could be a great agent in helping others realize their dreams of a magical Disney vacation? We shall see.
