I was watching something last night which reminded me of something else!!! A few months ago, I recalled seeing something on our local news about WDW being 'twinned' with Swindon for a year, as part of a competition. Included in this would be a sign at the Magic Kingdom entrance and a display about Swindon somewhere in Epcot.

I was wondering if anyone else had heard of this or seen anything about it????

Thanks!!

You were watching Have I Got News For You weren't you? They were funny as about it, but no I didn't see anything on my last trip to FL, or haven't seen anything on here about the "twinning". I'm sure they could have found a better town to twin with, where I live was in the running too.

There is a sign outside of the Sports shop in the UK in Epcot.

I saw it last week. A plaque that says somthing like "Twin Towns, we are proud to be the twin town of Swindon - 2010" or some garbage like that.
