In the New Year's Eve Fantasy in the Sky broadcast, I'm noticing what appear to be color-changing search/spot lights positioned near the moat and on the upper levels of Cinderella Castle. Is this new or have I been living under a rock?

They always do that for these types of events. It's a dance party
