Laughing Place Restaurant & Country Store: This is a full service restaurant with an attached country store, similar to Cracker Barrell, but with MUCH better food! Laughing Place is themed to Brer Rabbit and the gang, much like Splash Mountain is. The restaurant features a southern-style/soul food menu, much what you might expect Brer Rabbit to chow down on! (ie: Fried Chicken, Catfish, Collard Greens, Gumbo, Hoppin' John, Fried Green Tomatoes, Cornbread, etc.) Laughing Place serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Food & Restaurants:
Captain Hook's Codfish & Chips: This is a fast food restaurant similar to a British fish & chips spot.
Lumière's: Similar to CRT, but with a Beauty & the Beast theme, Lumière's is located on the 2nd floor of the castle. Includes a character breakfast, with a menu much like CRT, but guests are given several different choices to order from instead of the same pre-plated meal for everyone. Characters include Belle, Cinderella, Snow White, Aladdin, Jasmine, and Peter Pan (in the dining hall), along with Aurora (Sleeping Beauty), who greets guests in the lobby.
Mrs. Potts' Cupboard: This is an ice cream parlor located inside the Castle, right at the castle's exit into Fantasyland.
Pinocchio's Village Haus: Similar to its Disneyland and WDW counterparts, Pinocchio's Village Haus serves hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, pasta salad, pizza, and turkey sandwiches.
Scuttle's Landing
The Old Mill Snack Corner (located inside The Old Mill on the opposite side from the attached Ferris Wheel)
Shops:

as well as her castle; plus a line of knightwear and other medieval items such as swords and shields. (located inside Beauty & the Beast Castle)
Fantasy Faire Gifts
The Glass Slipper
Heraldry Shop (inside Beauty & the Beast Castle)
it's a small world toy shop
Kodak Kiosk
Le Petit Chalet Gifts (located at the base of the Matterhorn)
Pleasure Island Candies
Seven Dwarfs Mining Co.
Sir Mickey's
3 Faries Toys & Gifts: This is a toy & gift shop with a Sleeping Beauty theme, named for the three good faries Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather.
Tinker Bell's Treasures
Frontierland
Food & Restaurants:
Chuck Wagon (turkey legs)
Diamond Horsehoe Saloon (serves lunch during its midday shows, as well as snacks throughout the day)
Speaking of Diamond Horseshoe, I have here a sound file of music which will be used for the Can-Can segment of the saloon show:
http://www.brass-tones.com/assets/midi/can-can.mid
This song is entitled The Can-Can, which was composed by Jacques Offenbach for Orpheus in the Underworld, but the song was made famous at the Moulin Rouge theatre in Paris in its can-can dancers segment!
Now, back to the our restaurant list:
Lucky Nugget Café
Pecos Bill Café
Rancho Del Zacalo
River Belle Terrace
Stage Door Café
Shops:
Bonanza Outfitters

Old Time Photo: This is where guests dress up in period clothing and have their pictures taken in them!

Pocahontas Island (part of Frontierland):
This is the Pocahontas-themed area, situated on an island on the Rivers of America. Guests take a raft ride to get to the island, which docks on the southeast side of Rivers of America, across from Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.
Food & Restaurants:
Enchanted Glade: This is a snack stand located on the island.
John Smith's Landing: This is the island's restaurant, much like Aunt Polly's Dockside Inn is to Tom Sawyer Island at WDW. The menu, although not yet established, will be more like that of a regular restaurant; as opposed to Aunt Polly's, which seems to primarily offer snack-type food like peanut butter & jelly and ham sandwiches, pickles, cookies, and ice cream.
In addition, there will be a place in the Indian Village to sample Native American delicacies, such as fried bread, which will be cooked in a genuine adobe oven!
Shop:
Indian Trading Post: Located in the Indian Village, the Indian Trading Post offers Native American arts and crafts, such as pottery and turquiose jewelry, and other American Indian/NA-related items.
Mickey's Toontown
Food & Restaurants:
Clarabelle's Frozen Yogurt

Huey, Dewey, and Louie's Good Time Café
Mickey's Trailer
Pluto's Dog House: Similar to its Disneyland Counterpart, Pluto's Dog House serves hot dogs, chicken nuggets, french fries, cookies, Pluto's crispie treats (IIRC, these are rice crispies treats shaped like dog bones), soft drinks, lemonade, and root beer.
Toon Pop: There are actually numerous popcorn and other snack stands located at various places throughout the park that aren't listed here or on WDW or other Disney parks' maps. However, these are listed here since Toontown is small and usually has theirs themed to Disney characters! Toon Pop is a popcorn stand, serving both regular and caramel-flavored popcorn.
Toon Up Treats: This is a candy shop located inside Goofy's Gas
Shops:
Gag Factory
Toontown Delivery Company
Toontown 5 and Dime
Toontown Fire Station: This shop sells a variety of 101 Dalmations toys, gifts, etc.; as well as Mickey Mouse firefighter souvenirs. OTOH, Toontown Fire Station at Disneyland and Tokyo DL is only a façade; as is their Toontown Courthouse, which features
Roger Rabbit's Courtroom 3-D show in this proposed park!
Well there you have it! I finally have my restaurants and shops for the Magic Kingdom listed! However, I haven't come up with the locations for these on the maps I designed. For one thing, I've never been to WDW or any other Disney parks (even though I am currently in the process of planning a WDW trip!). Also, even though I have found maps with locations of each ride, attraction, restaurant, and shop for Disneyland, Tokyo Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris, I have yet to find a WDW map with locations for each shop in its park, although I did find one with restaurants locations for the Magic Kingdom. Could anyone please help me with this?
Last but not least, if anyone have questions, comments, and/or suggestions, please feel free to post!
