Is the price a fixed price, or is that just the entry charge in addition to what you eat? (looking at Birnbaum's)

I'll agree with the Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch or the character dinner.
(although heading to one of the closeby resorts wouldn't be a bad thing either)

We've never been to Liberty Tree, but I've been told it has really good food and atmosphere. We ate at Tony's a few years ago and it was good, so I recommend it even though it doesn't have a character meal.

So if I don't go to Cinderella's Royal Table, what is the next best dinner restaurant to attend?

Liberty Tree is my 2nd favorite restaurant on property. (Beaches & Cream is first)

I prefer it over Cindy's by a long shot. Lunch or dinner, doesn't matter to me. If I want characters it just means I'll pay twice as much.

CRT is a fixed-price for everything. We had breakfast there earlier this month and they had two choices: Healthy or Regular. Healthy was granola cereal and yoghurt, regular was standard breakfast fare of scrambled eggs, french toast, potato casserole, sausage and bacon. Both choices came with breakfast rolls and pastries, a fruit bowl and beverages. It's AYCE, you just ask for more of whatever you want. DS10 and I were stuffed before we finished the first offering, but we saw people at neighouring tables ordering seconds of specific things or, in one case, another full plate .

I don't know what the choices are at lunch or dinner...

I think he's asking about Liberty Tree.

If I remember right, Liberty tree is a fixed price of $26.99 per adult for dinner. Includes everything, all you can eat. For lunch it's off the menu, I would guess an average of $15 per person?

I would suggest the Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch. I personally feel the food is better tasting and much more interesting (unless you want to have kids and want them to have a character meal- we are all adults in my family and we still had characters coming to our table the entire time. It was a great photo opportunity)

Ok I made a reservation at Liberty Tree Tavern for March 4th at 7:35 PM.

Is this an good place for my girlfriend and I (college students), or will it be much more geared toward kids? It's 27.99 set price, so it's not that bad...Does that include gratuity? I know it doesn't include tax. Thanks!

I've seen many adult only tables at the Character dinner there. Its a pretty big place so unless its very crowded then it shouldn't be too noisy.

The set price doesn't include tax or gratuity as far as I can remember.

So you think Liberty Tree Tavern would be better (and more cost-effective) than Cinderella's Royal Table?

I've never been to CRT, but then again it doesn't interest us (and I have 2 girls - they've never wanted to go).

I guess what it comes down to is who has the food you like the most...you already know you are going to pay thru the nose for a meal.
Is this a surprise for your girlfriend? If not, then maybe ask her which she would prefer. Just don't cancel your existing reservation until you are sure of everything (and have another reservation in hand).
