Magic Kingdom Rail Road Scenery

Does anyone remeber when they used to decorate the forests and river near the Magic Kingdom RR tracks?

I remember several things: Around the time of Mickey's Birthdayland ( I think) they had cut-outs of the three little pigs piloting a raft down the river you see off to the left side of the train.

Before pulling into BDay land, they had the obvious giant sign with Mickey in a Birthday hat.

Also, for years, there were two audioanimatronic crocodiles that had a AA frog cornered on a pedestal. I did not see them last time I went. Were they removed?

Anyone else remember the various scenery?

I remember when Mickey's Starland was around and they had signs of all the characters in the Disney afternoon show lining the tracks as you entered the Starland Station.

I remember those cut-outs!! I was there during Mickey's Birthdayland. I have a kinda blurry shot from the train of Mickey & Minnie cut-outs waving... we didn't ride the train this time, is there any kind of new cut-outs or some different decorating thru there?

I also remember that little song "rollin' rollin' on the express, Mickey's Birthdayland express" something like that anyway!

The train tracks are currently devoid of any decoration, at least when I last went (2001). The audioanimatronic crocs and the frog were gone, the cut-outs have been long gone, and the forests are pretty much bare, except for the Native American village.
They do, however, have a small narration which pumps a Pocahontas' song thru the train's sound system in a section near Frontierland, and several other little factoids and tips, but no suprises or anything. I miss those tiny details, because I loved them so much!

Whenever we ride the railroad, I spend most of my time trying to see past the trees, to see the "hidden" Disney. It's hard to see beyond the trees, but you can get a glimpse of a building, parking lot, etc. every now and then.

I remember those cutouts! when iwas 10 years old, it was the coolist thing. I had not been back on the railroad in a long time until about 7 months ago, and I was really disapointed in what they gave us to look at!

and that silly native american village.....that could at least update....or something....
