Magic Kingdom opening

Hi, all!

This will be our first time visiting MK since the new opening procedures started. How will entry, the castle pre-show and rope drop work when extra magic hours are at 7:00 am? Will guests be allowed into the park much before the posted opening time?

My understanding is that you will be allowed on Main Street an hour early.

For the EMH hours, the gates will only open a few minutes before 7am, maybe 10 minutes or so early.

If you mean for other, non-EMH guests, I think they will be allowed onto Main Street and to the Hub an hour or so before as usual.

So, for EMH, it sounds like things aren't much different, except for the pre show being in front of the castle. Does that sound right?

Yeah, I think that sounds right.

The pre-show will still take place just before the park opening time, so if you're at EMH and want to see it you'll have to make your way back to the hub for it.
