i've got some REALLY dark mpeg's from the parade - i'll post em soon. and it was the wicked witch from snow white riding her broom out of the castle... sorry the vid is hard to see, i ran out of room on the DV tape and had to shoot right to mpeg

oh well, hopefully i'll get it next year. halloween was definately a blast at the magic kingdom - plenty of trick or treat stops, and loads of attractions open late with a 5 - 10 minute wait at most (sorry tho, no fastpass). i didn't see any characters walking around the park in costumes tho this time aside from in the parade.
