Has anyone done the proposal package at Cinderella's Royal Table?

If so what have you though about it?

My girlfriend wants something different and i am having a hard time thinking of something

I am between this and having a sketch artist draw a picture with will you marry me.

DO NOT DO THE PACKAGE! While there is nothing wrong with the package, both times we have eaten at CRT we had seen more than one of this package happen. With all do respect for anyone who has done/gotten this package, either as the proposer or proposee, it is an overpriced way to propose and come off flashy without puting much thought into it. It is far from something considered different. How would it look if 5 minutes after they do your package, they do someone elses package? Or even worse how would you feel if right before they did your package they did someone elses? My now fiancee told me a few years ago that if I ever did that package, she'd flat out tell me to come up with a better plan and ask again.

I think having the sketch artist draw your picture is a much more simple, personal and creative idea.

I have to agree with gooch. The picture would be much better. Maybe you can get him to draw it with you actually proposing and when he hands you the picture, you can get down on one knee and ask there. I think that would be very special and unique.

I don't know for certain, but I am sure some of the bigger stores on property, like World of Disney, sells and engraves them. I'm not sure when you would plan on giving it to her. Are you planning to give it to her in lue of a ring or as something to go along with the ring? One option would be, and I am sure at some point in you reading/posting about engagements you have seen me suggest, would be to contact Betsy from Memories By Betsy and have her make up a basket for you, which can include the engraved slipper. She also can deliver some beautiful floral arrangement for you. She is much less expensive and much easier to work with than Disney Florist, IMO. She will deliver it to whatever resort you are staying at and you can have it waiting in your room for when you return after the deed is done.

Other than that I am not sure how or if you will be able to get a slipper to the specific artist. I suppose you can try to contact someone over at either the resort you are staying at to help guide you or contact Disney Guest Relations yourself to see what they can do to help you out.

I did the cinderella engagement package and she was surprised and loved it the slipper was engraved and the food and atmosphere was perfect. Wouldn't of done in any other way. I though the money was worth it and we have the pictures of the exact moment.
