Magic Kingdom Christmas Parade and Shows--When will they begin?

I'm curious to know...

When will the Magic Kingdom start presenting its annual holiday entertainment offerings ("Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Parade", "Celebrate the Season", "Mickey's 'Twas the Night Before Christmas", the "Town Square Tree-Lighting Ceremony", etc.) during regular park operating hours?

CBJ holiday show has started already, ahead of time. I have know clue when the othere things start. probaly either after thanksgiving or on thanksgiving
