Magic Kingdom Characters

There were so many characters on Main Street when we arrived and many unusual ones like Gideon and Launchpad McQuak from ducktales. We saw Mr. Smee, Wendy, Peter Pan and Captain Hook by the Pirates of the Caribbean and Baloo and another character who I can't remember that couldn't sign in Adventureland (Ape hands prevented him from writing). The villains in Fantasyland were great specially Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. My daughter asked her to please sign her autograph book and she told she had excellent manners. She was then handed a Sleeping Beauty pen by my daughter and her eyes widened and she refused to use it to sign the book. She also asked my daughter if she had seen Sleeping Beauty and if she does to tell her that she has something for her. We all laughed and my other daughter handed her an Ariel pen and said that is much better. If MK Tiggerman knows who Malificient is tell her that she was one of the highlights of our trip. We were at the Fantasyland character greet on Thursday around 11:30 am. We also saw the Queen from Snowwhite who was also excellent. She waited with her back turned to the children while tapping her fingers on the railing. She then turned around abruptly to greet us. We also saw Jafar and the Queen of Hearts. Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum, White Rabbit, Alice in Wonderland and the Mad Hatter could all be found at the Tea Cups at alternating times. We also saw Prince John and The Sheriff from Robin Hood by the Toon Town Railroad station. One of my other favorite characters was Clopin from the Hunchback which we saw on the pathway from Belles Garden near Cinderella's Castle. He spoke to us for a while and was very funny. I again saw the same Clopin in Epcot in France with the Hunchback. I could tell by his voice. We also saw Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too in England. I was curious if it was MKTiggerman. We saw Tigger and Pooh around 4:45 on Saturday and they were dancing to the great music by the Beatles show. My twin girls were wearing their red Roots Canada hats (we have many Canadian family members as well as friends).

We just came back from Disney and the Characters were everywhere. We were surprised to see Buzz and Lilo and Stich.
It was great my 18month old had a blast

Yes, I also saw many characters recently. I always liked it when they used to show up and move around. The meet and greet areas are annoying (especially when they take away an attraction to use its queue). It seems WDW has gotten wise to their lack of new attractions recently and are spicing up the new parks with the characters.

We need more characters in the parks! It's one of the best things for the kids! When a child sees all the characters, it's like the epitome of the whole visit for them. More characters would be a wonderful addition. :)

Everyone have a grrrrreat day!
