I think Disney should make two of every park, 2 Magic Kingdoms, 2 Studios, 2 epcots and 2 Animal Kingdoms, and limit attendance as if there was only one park for each. Then we would not have 3 hour waits for rides, kids would not be crying , no overcrowding, everyone would get there ADR's when they wanted them, Even people who didn't have ADR's could walk right into a restaurant and get a table. I know my wish will never come true. But I think Disney over extended themselves. It's not the happiest place on earth anymore but My family still goes and we still have fun. We have been to Disney World 20 times. See you in October.

So do you think Bob Iger would be happy with a much smaller bonus and lower stock value? You hate 3 hour waits. The bonus eligible execs love them because it means they are maximizing their investments in the parks.

I don't blame Disney for 3 hour waits, I blame the guest that is foolish enough to think that anything that a theme park has to offer is worth waiting in line for 3 hours. That's just plain nuts.

It's Memorial Day Weekend, the unofficial start of the summer season in the USA. It is absolutely dumb to gripe about wait times, crowds, and the lack of dining availability, etc. And maybe if it isn't the happiest place on Earth anymore, you should probably blame yourself for that. A WDW vacation is what YOU make of it. If you willingly go during a busy time and have a less than magical time, its not Disney's fault.

Nothing was mentioned about the busiest time of the year, and I did say We still have fun. Get a grip girl.

Your intent may have been to make a joke, but you failed. It wasn't funny, just ridiculous. In your fantasy, you would have Disney spend billions and billions of dollars for a duplicate set of parks and double their operating expenses. Did you see anywhere in your fantasy that Disney would double their prices to offset these costs, if the crowds at each park were significantly less? I didn't think so.

I doubt that any of the PPs were offended. That would require that they thought your post had any merit.

Not to worry, there are a number of folks that do not have the ability to distinguish sarcasm from fact. The create a different brand of bovine known as the Gull-a-bull. You did need to end it with something that made it clear what your intention was, but, we all should have been able to figure it out. We just don't try anymore. We need everything explained for us. We ain't to bright.

No, people just need to learn how to provide better sarcasm. The original post was neither funny nor an appropriate example of sarcasm. It came across as the typical "my disney trip isn't great anymore because I'm spoiled" troll post

To you perhaps that is the way it came across. Not to me and I have been a Disney Fan since I watched Annette in the Mickey Mouse Club in the mid 50's. It was obviously (for most of us) satire. You didn't get it, you didn't find it funny. That is your problem. It was plain as the nose on your face what it was. You decided that it was nasty, I decided that not all of the "jokes" in it were funny, because even the best of comedians don't always hit the right note. But, it certainly wasn't mean spirited unless you wanted to see it that way. Disney is a big boy perfectly capable of defending itself, it doesn't need troops to defend it.
