With Disney "turbocharging" investing in the parks, the original WDW park needs additional capacity enhancement projects to improve the guest experience.

I'm no fan of cutting the Rivers of America, but Disney has already decided.

Ideal Timeline
2028 - Cars Land
2029 - Villains Land
2030 - 1st Phase of Main Street Improvements (West Bypass)
2032 - 2nd Phase of Main Street Improvements (Caseys, Walt's, etc.)
2035 - New Tomorrowland

I like that the Cars stuff is more hidden. I'd put it even further back though behind Big Thunder.

I would too, but Disney seems pretty set on removing parts of ROA

MK in 2035 -
HoP - attraction closed. Lobby used for meet and greets until they decide what IP should go in there.
CoP - attraction closed. Space remains unused until they decide what IP should go in there.
Frontierland - The signs to this land remain down with plans to rename the land sometime in the future.
Liberty Square - Erased. Liberty Tree an Liberty bell gone, space changed to Tiana's square.
Carland - Construction walls remain up, construction still in progress.
Peoplemover - Seasonal operation, operating only in peak times.
