Is it true that the extra hours are unknown until you arrive? I'm a bit confused by that. If so, how do you account for that when planning and making later.evenig ADRs and ressies for shows and such?

They are usually posted with the park hours ahead of time. I always plan with them in mind.

They do sometimes get changed due to capacity, especially in the summer. The parks are open until 3am (MK), but due to cuts, they may not do that this year.
