You should still receive yellow magical express luggage tags. You do use your magic bands to help speed the process to lookup your reservation before getting on the bus at MCO.

When you check your bags the airline gives you a receipt. Show that receipt to the Magic Express people and they will track down your bags and have them delivered to your resort.

In the future if you don't receive the tags and there is no time to fed X them I have been told by Disney if you just use a yellow index card or some sort of yellow paper you can make a tag out of and put your Hotel and your name and reservation number they will grab them for you.
