magic express with international arrival

Hello all - Just 3 days ago my inlays surprised me with the news that they are coming to the USA and its up to me to organize the trip to WDW.

They are flying into the Orlando airport directly and will take the Magic Express to meet us at our hotel. Unfortunately as we will be driving from NC, we cannot arrive in time to meet them at the airport. I have reserved spaces for them on the Magic Express. I took it years ago and you had to have certificates/tickets but now the girl said all they need to do is give their names.

As my inlaws don't speak English I am worried. The girl said that they will have to go from the international arrivals to terminal B and follow ground transportation signs to take the bus. I knew from past trips that in the main airport terminal there are Disney employees wearing big mickey hands to help but wondered if that would be the case at international arrivals.

Could anyone who has ever arrived at the international arrivals terminal help me with information!!

Thnaks!! Amy

Amy, even with the greeters it is easy to get lost. The instructions you were given are probably going to be the easiest way for them to get down to Magical Express. Don't forget that as orlando is an international airport they will have someone at the information booths to assist in language difficulties just like disney will have.
