How early before the flight does the magic express take you to the airport. Our domestic flight leaves Orlando at 4pm so wondering what time I would have to return to Boardwalk from the parks. Also if a park ticket that day is worth it

Usually 3 hours ahead -- so you'd need to be back by 1pm. If you have multi-day tickets already (meaning adding on a day isn't expensive), I'd say it's totally worth it to visit a park that day.
