Hey we are coming down in Late May and have military tickets and two regular 4 day hoppers. Is it worth it to upgrade to magic bands. We have been to Disney 20 times or so, and were just gonna do tickets, but if arm bands are better I'd just le to here why so we can exchange them we when get there

Magic Bands

I wouldn't call the magic bands an upgrade. They don't really change anything other than whether or not you have to get out your ticket to be able to get into the parks and use your fastpasses. If it's worth $13 a person to have that convenience, go for it... otherwise I might save that money for souvenirs if it was me.

If you stay on property you will get them regardless. If you plan on taking advantage of FP+ and don't mind pulling out your ticket each time you use a FP then forget the band.

Gives you nothing except a cheap looking rubber and or plastic souvenir, not really sure what material they use to make them. Never had one never touched one. No discounts, no extra benefits. With the $13 dollars you might still be able to get a hot dog and drink unless they raised the price again.
