Magic Bands

We are arriving at DW on Nov 23 and we did not receive our magic bands yet but have received our paperwork. We did not customize our bands, is that the reason we haven't received them yet? Will we pick them up upon check in? I talked to a cm when setting up MDE and was told we are using magic bands. Any input would be appreciated.

I read somewhere weeks ago that if you did not customize your bands, you would be issued that standard gray ones, at check-in. (However, the information has changed so many times, I can't vouch for its validity now.)

If you did not customize your bands then you will receive gray ones at check in.

I got the grey ones when I didn't customize (I'm International user).

All the above posts are correct, if you do not customize your bands you will receive the gray ones upon check-in. That is of course if you had the option for Magic Bands to begin with I should say.
