Magic bands sizing

I ordered and received magic bands based on what I found available. However they seem too large for the smaller children. Are there specific bands for kids or are the adult bands to be sized down?? Please help this first time guest!

Part of the band is removable to reduce the size for smaller wrists.

Thanks..that is what I thought but when I saw the size of the magic band face I was concerned. Appreciate the response!
