Does anyone know if the new bands will work for the fireworks from the Monorail Redorts?

The bands did not do anything when we watched fireworks from monorail resort area. Come to think of it, I don't think they did much when we were simply on the other side of the park during fireworks. We meant to actually go to the fireworks one night, to see this feature, but it just didn't happen. Twice we had G+ passes, weather was a factor two nights...

Also, the current shows just aren't as compelling as prior fireworks/shows were. Hopefully, WDW will bring back better shows.

We have been to the parks on two trips now with the Magicband plusses and they really don’t do much of anything ever. Even the golden statues did something maybe 10 percent of the time. Sometimes the magicbands randomly would light up, and waiting in haunted mansion they did a red heartbeat thing, but that was about the extent of it.

They work down Main Street to about the train station. Also to about the bridges of Tomorrowland and Adventureland.
